Cameron Diaz proved that she is still one of the world’s sexiest women!

At the photo call for her latest film Sex Tape at the Barcelona Film Festival, Cameron walked the carpet in a tight fitting dress which showed off her very fine form.

A slight variation to the little white dress trend, Cameron’s dress had a stylish grey at the front and white at the back.

The off shoulder dress was a perfect accessory to her toned figure showing off all the hard work she puts in at gym.
