NBA legend Moses Malone -- nicknamed the "Chairman of the Boards" -- has died at the age of 60.
The Norfolk PD tells TMZ Sports Moses was found unresponsive, not breathing, Sunday morning in his hotel room. Paramedics tried reviving him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Over Malone's 19 year NBA career, he was a 13-time All-Star and a 3-time MVP -- widely considered one of the best centers in NBA history.
He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2001.
Cause of death has not been disclosed, but cops tell us there was no sign of foul play.
